No doubt we are making our Gen Next techno Savvy, but knowingly or unknowingly, we are passing this sedentary lifestyle and its disadvantages to them. We can see child obesity and teenagers are developing diseases that were formerly seen only in adults. What is Sedentary Lifestyle? A lifestyle involves plenty of sitting and lying down, with very little or NO Exercise. काकडीची कोशिंबीर Video@tangyBuds@YoutubeChannel   साहित्य : काकडी   २ मध्यम   दही २ मोठे चमचे दाण्याचा कूट   २ चमचे मीठ स्वादानुसार साखर   १ छोटा चमचा फोडणीकरिता : तेल १ मोठा चमचा मोहरी   १ / २ चमचा जिरे   १ / २ चमचा हिंग १ / २ चमचा कढीपत्ता  २ ते ३ हिरवी मिरची   २ / ३ बारीक चिरलेल्या हळद १ / २ चमचा कृती : एका mixing bowl मध्ये काकडी सोलून , किसून आणि पिळून घ्या , त्यात दाण्याचा कूट , दही , साखर आणि मीठ टाकून घ्या . एका कढल्यात तेल गरम करा त्यात मोहरी , जीरं , कढीपत्ता , हिरवी मिरचीचे तुकडे टाका , फोडणीचं झाली कि त्यात हिंग आणि हळदी घाला   आणि गॅस बंद करा . हि फोडणी मिक्सिन्ग बाउल मध्ये घाला आणि सगळं छान एकत्र करा . कोथिंबीर ने छान सजवा . झटपट काकडीची कोशिंबीर तयार .

Cucumber Salad Video@tangyBuds@YoutubeChannel Ingredients: Cucumber 2 medium peeled, shredded and sqeezed Yogurt 2 TBsp Roasted Peanut Powder 2TBsp Salt to taste Sugar 1tsp For Tempering: Oil 1TBsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Curry leaves 3 to 4 Green chilies 2 to 3 Asafetida pinch Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Method: 1. In mixing bowl, add peeled, shredded and squeezed cucumber, yogurt, Peanut Powder, salt, sugar 2. Heat a pan for tempering, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, asafetida, turmeric powder, turn off the burner and pour the tempering in mixing bowl ingredients. 3. Mix everything all together and garnish with some finely chopped coriander 4. Yogurty Cucumber Salad (Koshimbir) is ready to serve

One of the very popular breakfast dish similar to Misal Pav. In misal pav is made up of moth beans and spicy curry i.e. rassa. Instead of moth beans here we add potato vada or bonda in spicy curry. Corn Spinach Pizza

Ingredients : Left over roti 3(small size) Sweet corn  kerne ls boiled 1 cup Spinach finely chopped 1 cup Onion 1 small lengthwise cut Pizza sauce 3 Tbsp Butter 2tsp Oregano 2 tsp Chilli flax 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Mozerella cheese grated 1/2 cup Method : For topping : Heat a pan, add butter then add onion sauté for a minute then add spinach and boiled corn kernels mix them well. Add oregano chilli flax and salt mix everything nicely and keep it aside to cool down. Place roti on a clean surface, spread pizza sauce evenly over roti, then add toppings and cheese. Heat nonstick pan, apply some butter over it and place roti on it. Cover the pan with lid and cook on very slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes or till the base get browned.
