Ingredients:
Yogurt 2 TBsp
Roasted Peanut Powder 2TBsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tsp
For Tempering:
Oil 1TBsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves 3 to 4
Green chilies 2 to 3
Asafetida pinch
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Method:
1. In mixing bowl, add peeled, shredded and squeezed cucumber,
yogurt, Peanut Powder, salt, sugar
2. Heat a pan for tempering, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin
seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, asafetida, turmeric powder, turn off the
burner and pour the tempering in mixing bowl ingredients.
3. Mix everything all together and garnish with some finely
chopped coriander
4. Yogurty Cucumber Salad (Koshimbir) is ready to serve
