Vegetable Cutlets
Ingredients:

Shredded Carrot

French Beans

1/2 Cup

Ginger-Garlic-Green
Chili Paste

1/2 TBSP

|
Turmeric
|
1 TSP
|
|
Chili Powder
|
1/2 TSP
|
|
Garam Masala
|
1 TSP
|
|
Cumin-Coriander
Powder
|
1 TSP
|
|
Coriander Finely
Chopped
|
1/2 cup

|
Corn Starch
|
2 TBSP
|
|
Salt
|
To Taste

Capsicum Finely
Chopped

1/2 Cup

To Fry
|
Method:
- Take a Bowl and add all boiled vegetables (Cabbage, corn, carrot, French beans, capsicum), mashed potatoes, coriander, ginger- chili garlic paste, all spices and salt
- Mix them all together
- Now make small balls and press it to (like Pattie shape) , make it flattened or shapes of your choice.
- Make cutlets out of all mixtures
- Now heat the oil to fry cutlets
- Before frying, roll cutlets in the corn starch to make it crispy
- Fry all the cutlets and serve with the green chutney or tomato sauce
- You can deep fry or shallow fry the cutlets as per your choice
