Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients:


Mashed Potatoes
3 Medium
Green Peas Boiled
1/2 Cup
Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Cup
Boiled Corn Kernels
1/2 Cup
Shredded Carrot
1/2 Cup
Finely Chopped French Beans
1/2 Cup
Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
1/2 TBSP
Turmeric
1 TSP
Chili Powder
1/2 TSP
Garam Masala
1 TSP
Cumin-Coriander Powder
1 TSP
Coriander Finely Chopped
1/2 cup
Corn Starch
2 TBSP
Salt
To Taste
Capsicum Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup
Oil
To Fry

Method:

  1. Take a Bowl and add all boiled vegetables (Cabbage, corn, carrot, French beans, capsicum), mashed potatoes, coriander, ginger- chili garlic paste, all spices and salt
  2. Mix them all together
  3. Now make small balls and press it to (like Pattie shape) , make it flattened or shapes of your choice.
  4. Make cutlets out of all mixtures
  5. Now heat the oil to fry cutlets
  6. Before frying, roll cutlets in the corn starch to make it crispy
  7. Fry all the cutlets and serve with the green chutney or tomato sauce
  8. You can deep fry or shallow fry the cutlets as per your choice

Serve cutlets with green chutney and salad.
