Coriander Chutney with Yogurt


Ingredients:

Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup
Green Chili           
4
Garlic                    
5 Cloves
Coconut               
1/2 Cup
Peanut (Roasted)
1/2 Cup
Salt
To Taste
Sugar                     
1 TBSP
Cumin Seeds        
2 TBSP
Yogurt                   
2 TBSP

Method:
In a blender add roasted peanuts, coconut (Shredded), Green Chilies, Coriander leaves, garlic cloves, Sugar, Salt to taste, cumin seeds and yogurt.

Blend it till it looks like smooth paste.  Please add water if needed for blending.

The chutney is ready to serve.
