Coriander Chutney with Yogurt
Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves

1/2 Cup

Green Chili
|

Garlic
|
5 Cloves
|
Coconut
|
1/2 Cup
|
Peanut (Roasted)
|
1/2 Cup
|
Salt
|
To Taste
|
Sugar
|
1 TBSP
|
Cumin Seeds
|
2 TBSP
|
Yogurt
|
2 TBSP
|
Method:
In a blender add
roasted peanuts, coconut (Shredded), Green Chilies, Coriander leaves, garlic
cloves, Sugar, Salt to taste, cumin seeds and yogurt.
Blend it till it
looks like smooth paste. Please add
water if needed for blending.
The chutney is ready
to serve.
