Corn Spinach Pizza


Ingredients:

Left over roti 3(small size)
Sweet corn  kernels boiled 1 cup
Spinach finely chopped 1 cup
Onion 1 small lengthwise cut
Pizza sauce 3 Tbsp
Butter 2tsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Chilli flax 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mozerella cheese grated 1/2 cup

Method:

For topping:
Heat a pan, add butter then add onion sauté for a minute then add spinach and boiled corn kernels mix them well.
Add oregano chilli flax and salt mix everything nicely and keep it aside to cool down.

  1. Place roti on a clean surface, spread pizza sauce evenly over roti, then add toppings and cheese.
  2. Heat nonstick pan, apply some butter over it and place roti on it.
  3. Cover the pan with lid and cook on very slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes or till the base get browned.
  4. Reapet the procedure for remaining rotis.
