Corn Spinach Pizza
Ingredients:
Left over roti
3(small size)
Sweet corn kernels boiled 1 cup
Spinach finely
chopped 1 cup
Onion 1 small
lengthwise cut
Pizza sauce 3 Tbsp
Butter 2tsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Chilli flax 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mozerella cheese
grated 1/2 cup
Method:
For topping:
Heat a pan, add
butter then add onion sauté for a minute then add spinach and boiled corn
kernels mix them well.
Add oregano chilli
flax and salt mix everything nicely and keep it aside to cool down.
- Place roti on a
clean surface, spread pizza sauce evenly over roti, then add toppings and
cheese.
- Heat nonstick pan,
apply some butter over it and place roti on it.
- Cover the pan with
lid and cook on very slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes or till the base get
browned.
- Reapet the procedure
for remaining rotis.
