A summer refreshing drink. Also known as Spiced Buttermilk, Chaas, Masala Tak.

Ingredients:
Yogurt 1
cup
Water 2
cups
Ginger 1/2
tsp grated
Roasted
Cumin powder 1/4tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Green chili
small 1 finely chopped
Salt to
taste
Coriander
to garnish
Method:
Take yogurt in a bowl, whisk it for a minute. Then add water,
salt, sugar, ginger, cumin powder, chopped coriander, mix well.
(if required use blender)
Serve chilled.
