Veggie Ranch Sandwich

Ingredients:
whole wheat bread 4 slices
Cabbage grated 1/2 cup
lettuce chopped or tear 1/2 cup
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Spring onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
Black pepper to taste (little bit)
Salt to taste
Red chili powder  /tsp
ranch dressing Tsp
cheese (Optional )
butter 1Tsp
Tomato ketchup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add all grated and chopped vegetables, then add pepper, salt, chili powder, mix altogether nicely.
  2. In the same bowl add ranch dressing, mix all well.
  3. Take 2 slices of whole wheat bread, Apply butter to 2 bread slices and tomato ketchup to the remaining 2 slices.
  4. Divide the veggie and ranch mixture into 2 equal portions. Spread the mixture on 2 bread slices, spread some cheese as per choice and top it with other 2. 
  5. Apply some butter on the surface and Toast in Sandwich toaster or Roast it in a shallow pan.
  6. Cut diagonally.
  7. Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.

Tip:
  1. You can add any vegetables of your choice.
  2. Add little pepper and chili powder when preparing sandwiches for kids.
